Standard delivery within the United States takes about 10–20 business days, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Holiday volume can add a few days — order by November 20 for the best chance of having Santa home for Christmas.

Santa arrives empty so he fits the tissues you already use. Fill him with a regular pack of facial tissues and pull the first one through the opening — that's it.
How do I refill him?
Open the back, slide in a fresh pack of tissues and feed the first tissue through the opening. It takes a few seconds.
Where can I put him?
